Our Community
Wanakiwin Park is a non-profit homeowners association. We are committed to providing a safe community and improving the quality of life for all members.
Our Community is what it is today, because of the hard work and dedication of our members. We are governed by the Wanakiwin Board of Directors who are elected by the residents of our lakeside community.
Wanakiwin provides a beautiful and relaxing environment to all who live here.

Park, Beach, Docks and Swimming for Members
The primary goal of our Board of Directors is to enhance the membership experience and maintain the assets of our Wanakiwin community.
The Board oversees Wanakiwin's day-to-day business in order to preserve our park, beach, docks, grounds and architectural standards.
Our Rules for Happy Living, Boat Slip Policy & CC&R's are intended to promote safety and good order, as well as urge consideration of the rights of our neighbors. A spirit of cooperation adds to the enjoyment of all.
Wanakiwin is the perfect place for our members to either vacation or live year round at Deer Lake!
